What we keep
From the estimate form we keep your name and phone number, your city, the pool you describe and the photos you attach. Calls to our number leave the number, the date and the length of the call, not what was said. Texts keep what you wrote.
What we use it for
We use it to reply to you, put together the estimate and schedule the visit. When you hire us, the same details go into the contract and the permit file. Only the team that builds your pool sees them. We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep it while the estimate is open, and for signed jobs as long as the contract and permit require.
How to have it deleted
Call or text the number on this page to ask for deletion. We remove it, except what a signed contract or permit must keep, and confirm by text.
